For over 35 years, Haas & Zaltz, LLP has served the communities of the Hudson Valley, New York City and northern New Jersey, while specializing in Estate Planning and Elder Law services.
Haas & Zaltz, LLP prides itself in our caring and compassionate approach to handling what can be stressful subjects and matters. You might even “forget” that you’re at a law office. We will do our best to make you feel comfortable and will take the time to patiently answer any and all of your questions.
We understand that planning for life’s uncertainties and preparing for what needs to take place in the event of a person’s death are not easy subjects to talk about – especially when someone is actually in an “end of life” situation. The thought of planning for what needs to take place in the event of our death or dealing with the things that need to take place after the passing of a loved one can be overwhelming.
Our attorneys are here to guide you through the complicated and often emotion-fraught process of estate and long-term care planning. We treat all of our clients, and their loved ones, with dignity and respect.
We provide estate planning (from simple to high-net worth), Medicaid and long-term care planning and applications, elder law services, special needs planning, and some business planning – each service carefully tailored to your needs.
